1、打开配置文件httpd.conf，检查LoadModule rewrite_module modules/mod_rewrite.so是否启用，即确认前面没有#，如有#，去掉。
2、检查以下代码：

DocumentRoot  "D:\phpStudy\WWW"

    Options -Indexes +FollowSymLinks +ExecCGI
    AllowOverride All
    Order allow,deny
    Allow from all
    Require all granted
</Directory>

蓝色是否为实际网站程序所在目录；红色是否为All，如为None改为All。
3、将伪静态规则.htaccess文件放于网站程序目录中，注意路径，如DX 3.2的规则为：
