[问题解决] KB828748 software, windows

现象：
windows 2000 sp4在安装wincc v6.0 sp2时提示：

ms hotfix is not installed on this system.
for this wincc version, the following software is required:
     windows2000 sp 4 kb828748
please run the installation of ms-hotfix from your ms tools - cd.

解决：
如果手头没有此hotfix，可按如下方法处理：
运行：regedit，找到[hkey_local_machine\software\microsoft\updates\windows 2000\sp5]的子目录，在其中建立空项，项名就是你缺少的hotfix编号kb828748，系统就会认为你已经打上补丁了。
以上是2000中的方法，xp sp3如果要求安装类似补丁的话，只需在updates\windwos xp\sp3中建立相应空项即可。
