现象：
VS2017运行程序时报错：
错误                签名时出错: 未能对 bin\Debug\app.publish\XXXXXX.exe 签名。SignTool Error: No certificates were found that met all the given criteria.        XXXXXX

解决：
解决方案下右击报错的项目，属性，签名选项中，点“创建测试证书...”，输入任意密码，确定；或取消选中“为ClickOnce清单签名”。
