现象：
CentOS下tar xvfz prometheus-2.16.0.linux-amd64.tar.gz解压缩tar.gz文件，提示：

gzip: stdin: not in gzip format
tar: Child returned status 1
tar: Error is not recoverable: exiting now

原因：
1、下载文件不全。
2、压缩包未使命gzip压缩，不能使用z指令；或压缩文件被人为改过名称。
解决：
1、重新下载。
2、文件扩展名去掉.gz后使用xvf解压，如：
tar -xvf prometheus-2.16.0.linux-amd64.tar.gz
