现象：Step 7 V5.4 include SP3.1中文版在编译时出现

An error occurred creating or interpreting the system SDB.The action will be aborted.

解决：
将安装有同样软件的计算机的C:\Program Files\SIEMENS\STEP7\s7wbx\rul中的三个.err文件烤到相同的目录下；如果不行，将整个rul文件夹拷贝过来覆盖。
如仍无效，将C:\Program Files\SIEMENS\STEP7\tmp\文件夹中的文件全部删除。
